1. Introduction and scope

This policy explains how Peptide Water RX ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through the gotbacwater.com online store, including your account, orders and messages to us. It applies only to this store.

2. Information collected

Account: your email address and password. You may also save your name, phone number and a shipping address to your profile.
Orders: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing address (if different from shipping), the items ordered, prices, tax and shipping charges, order status, cancellation requests and any reason you give, and tracking details once shipped.
Payments: payment status and payment reference numbers from our payment processor. We do not receive card numbers or security codes.
Messages: the name, email address, subject and message you send through the contact form. To limit spam, we also store a one-way coded value derived from your IP address rather than the address itself.
Browser storage: your cart contents and sign-in session are kept in your browser's storage on your device.

3. How information is used

to create and secure your account and let you sign in;
to calculate totals, take payment, and pack, ship and track your order;
to handle cancellation requests and problems with an order;
to send emails about your account and orders, such as confirmations and shipping updates;
to answer your messages;
to prevent fraud, spam and misuse, and to keep records of staff actions on orders and accounts.

4. Payment processing and third-party service providers

Online payment is not open yet. When it opens, payments will be processed by Stripe. When you pay, you are taken to Stripe's payment page, where you enter your card details directly with Stripe. We share your email address, order number, the items ordered and the order amount with Stripe for this purpose. Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.

We also use service providers to:

host the website and store account and order information;
send account emails, such as sign-up confirmation and password reset links (sent through our website hosting provider);
send order emails, such as order confirmations and shipping updates (SendGrid, once order email sending is switched on);
carry your shipment (the shipping carrier shown on your order).

5. Shipping and fulfillment information sharing

After payment is confirmed, your name, shipping address, phone number (if given), order number and the items ordered are sent to our fulfillment partner so they can pack and ship your order. Our fulfillment partner uses this information to buy a shipping label, and the shipping carrier uses it to deliver your package. If a paid order is cancelled before shipment, our fulfillment partner is told not to ship it.

6. Cookies, security, and technical data

The website uses your browser's storage to keep your cart and keep you signed in. When you visit, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details in order to deliver and protect the website. If a page fails to load, technical error details (such as the page address and the error) may be recorded so the problem can be fixed.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, sign-in for accounts, and staff access limited by role. Card details are handled by Stripe, not by this website. No website or system is completely secure.

7. Data retention

8. Privacy rights and how to submit requests

You can view and update your profile details in your account. To ask about the personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email bacpure@gmail.com from the email address on your account. We will respond as required by applicable law. Some records, such as order records, may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.

9. Children's privacy

This store is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email bacpure@gmail.com so we can review it. Any minimum age for accounts or purchases to be confirmed

We may update this policy. The updated version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
