1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of gotbacwater.com and to any order you place with Peptide Water RX ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping Policy and the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

2. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must be able to form a binding contract where you live to place an order. You agree to give accurate account, contact and address information and to buy and use products only as permitted by the laws that apply to you.

We offer bacteriostatic water in 6 mL units:

• Single unit: $6.99
• Three pack: $16.00

The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order. You can request a certificate of analysis by emailing bacpure@gmail.com.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you submit an order, it is recorded as awaiting payment. An order is accepted only after our payment processor confirms payment. We may decline an order before it is accepted.

5. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Your item subtotal, shipping charge, sales tax and total are calculated by our system and shown before you pay. Sales tax, where it applies, is based on the shipping address state and the rates configured for this store.

Payment is made on the secure payment page of our payment processor, Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's page; this website does not receive or store your card number or security code.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States only. PO Box addresses are accepted. A flat shipping charge applies to each order (currently $15.00, as shown at checkout). Tracking information is added to your order when it ships. See the Shipping Policy.

Our expected delivery time is less than one week. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and some orders may take longer. When ownership and risk of loss pass to the buyer to be confirmed by counsel

7. Order Cancellations and Refunds

• Unpaid orders can be cancelled from your account and are cancelled right away.
• Cancellation requests for paid orders are reviewed by our team, who will approve or decline them.
• Orders that have already shipped can't be cancelled through the ordinary cancellation process.
• Cancelling an order, or a change in an order's status, does not automatically issue a refund.
• Any approved refund is processed through our payment processor and recorded on your order.

Treatment of paid orders cancelled before shipment is under owner and legal review Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or other right you have under applicable law. See the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• give false information or place orders in someone else's name without permission;
• use another person's account or payment method without permission;
• interfere with, probe or try to bypass the security of the website;
• use automated tools to access the website in a way that disrupts it;
• use the website or products in violation of any law.

9. Intellectual Property

The content of this website, other than third-party names and marks, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print it for personal use in connection with your orders, but you may not copy or reuse it for other purposes without our written permission.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some laws do not allow these limitations, and nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Final governing-law wording to be supplied by counsel

If you have a problem with an order, please email bacpure@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve it. We intend that disputes that can't be resolved informally will be settled by individual arbitration. Arbitration terms (rules, administrator, location, costs, exceptions and opt-out) to be drafted by counsel; not in effect until approved

12. Suspension or Termination of Website Access

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or is used for fraud or misuse. Suspending an account does not cancel your obligations for orders already placed.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Changes do not apply to orders placed before the update takes effect.

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms still apply.
